Kathy Hsu Wibberly, Ph.D
Kathy is Director of the Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) and also Director of Research at the University of Virginia Karen S. Rheuban Center for Telehealth. Kathy is also Assistant Professor of Public Health Sciences (UVA School of Medicine), faculty at the Healthy Appalachia Institute and adjunct faculty in the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs (VCU). Kathy’s public service career reflects close to 30 years of experience in public health, public policy, rural health, program development, program evaluation and strategic planning.
